Let’s get Fired Up and make some super funky, functional pottery! In this class we will be making things you use on a daily basis. Think pitchers, “blates” (bowl plates), coasters, strainers, food bowls for pets, chip and dip bowls, butter dish and whatever else you can think of. No experience necessary. All levels welcome. NHAC 2026 Instructor Art Show and Open House
The North Hills Art Center invites you to our Open House! This come-and-go event will be held on Saturday, July 18, from 1:00 pm - 4:00 pm. NHAC instructors will be taking over every studio in the building to demonstrate their art, from acrylic painting and abstract printing to weaving and watercolors. This is the perfect chance to see new-to-you instructors and art firsthand. You can also check out our Instructor Art Show in the gallery, featuring artwork from current NHAC instructors, and all artwork is for sale! Using a variety of stamps, you will form three larger shapes and several smaller shapes or balls. The pieces will be enhanced with underglazes to give them a weathered look.
