C-301.2 Beginner Drawing for Kids (SP26) (June 02, 2026)

Ages 7-11

Students will learn beginner techniques in drawing. We will review the types of pencils you can use and the various ways to hold them to achieve different styles. Students will learn lighting techniques and the beginning of perspective while completing 2-3 drawings. All materials included.

Instructor: Jamie Monaghan

Dates: Tuesdays 5/12 - 6/9
6 sessions

Time: 5:00 pm - 6:30 pm

Children should never be left unsupervised. When you are dropping off your child for class, please walk you child to class and make sure the teacher is aware of their arrival.

Cancellation Policy: Registrations may be cancelled up to seven days before the start of class by contacting the office. Cancellation of this class will result in a $25 cancellation fee, to be deducted from the refund amount.

A-314.2 Beginner Drawing for Adults (SP26) (June 05, 2026)

Ages 18+

Students will be taught the many different ways you can hold a pencil while drawing, and will be encouraged to experiment and try them out. They will be taught to look at values, forms of objects, and measurements in still life objects. At the end of this 4 week class, students will have a better understanding of how to draw from observation and gain a better understanding of how to compose their own drawings.
