  Students will learn beginner techniques in drawing. We will review the types of pencils you can use and the various ways to hold them to achieve different styles. Students will learn lighting techniques and the beginning of perspective. Students will be encouraged to explore their creative ideas while applying their new skills. By the end of the 6 week course, students will have completed 2-3 drawings. All materials included.

  Learn how to design and illustrate fun characters, then mix and match them in an accordion style book. We'll get creative with a variety of materials and mediums including collage, paint, markers and colored pencils to create our characters. We'll then learn how to make a mixable accordion style book to keep. All materials included.
