Unleash your child's creativity with North Hills Art Center classes and workshops.


  • Classes are designed to be age-appropriate. Please make sure you are enrolling your child in a class that matches his or her current age.
  • For the safety of your child, we require prompt pick-up after class.
  • Remember to have your child wear old clothes.
  • Please let us know in advance if your child has any special needs.
  • All North Hills Art Center instructors have the required PA Clearances.
  • Consider a $25 student membership, which costs less than the $30 nonmember fee!

    You know it, you love it. IT’S DRAGON TIME! You will use your imagination and your artistic expression to create a one-of-a-kind clay dragon. You will also learn to trim and embellish your creation. Last class is glazing our creations! All materials included.

    Let’s get our hands dirty forming clay into cool pieces of art. We will use slabs, coils and pinched forms to make cups, bowls, sculptures and more. Last class is glazing. Bring your creativity! All materi-als included.

    NHAC 2026 Instructor Art Show and Open House
    The North Hills Art Center invites you to our Open House! This come-and-go event will be held on Saturday, July 18, from 1:00 pm - 4:00 pm. NHAC instructors will be taking over every studio in the building to demonstrate their art, from acrylic painting and abstract printing to weaving and watercolors. This is the perfect chance to see new-to-you instructors and art firsthand. You can also check out our Instructor Art Show in the gallery, featuring artwork from current NHAC instructors, and all artwork is for sale! With refreshments and prize drawings to round out your visit, we hope you'll enjoy what our creative community has to offer.
