Unleash your child's creativity with North Hills Art Center classes and workshops.


  • Classes are designed to be age-appropriate. Please make sure you are enrolling your child in a class that matches his or her current age.
  • For the safety of your child, we require prompt pick-up after class.
  • Remember to have your child wear old clothes.
  • Please let us know in advance if your child has any special needs.
  • All North Hills Art Center instructors have the required PA Clearances.

    Ages 10-14

    Zines are mini, handmade magazines that include text, images, artwork, found objects; any creative material that helps to express your message.  They can be silly or serious and can cover a variety of subjects like music, sports, hobbies, animals, personal journals and more! In this workshop, students will learn to experiment with a variety of materials and mediums, create engaging compositions and work collaboratively with peers.   

    All materials included.  Instructor: Coco DelVechio

    Join us for a fun totem pole art project for the whole family! Learn about the rich history and culture of the Native American tribes including Western PA! We will make our own totem poles out of household items.
