Adult

Learn basic weaving techniques in this beginners class using a picture frame as a loom. Learn to warp the frame for weaving and techniques such as tabby, twinning, rya knots, rya loops & finishing. Finished piece can be left on the frame or removed and attached to a dowel or branch. Please bring an 8”x10 or 9”x12” wooden picture frame (glass/backing removed), 6” tapestry or weaving needle, 3” tapestry needle, at least 3 coordinating yarns (#5 or above - textured yarns work great for this project), dowel/branch.
