Join us for a creative, welcoming environment where you'll develop your printmaking skills. Get inspired and prepare your submission for the upcoming PrintX: Pittsburgh Print Exchange & Exhibit in this hands on linocut printmaking workshop led by artist and art educator Leah Shuck. This workshop is designed for artists of all skill levels who want to create original linocut prints in time for the June 27 PrintX submission deadline. Leah will guide you through the process of designing, carving, and printing your own linocut artwork with demonstrations and one-on-one support throughout. 


Materials Information:

All participants will receive access to shared carving tools, water-based printmaking ink, paper and traditional hard linoleum. If you prefer to work with soft-cut linoleum, you will need to bring your own.
