  Nature meets creativity as we take our art outdoors! In this workshop, we will create masterpieces with the help of nature.  Week 1 will explore the frottage technique: realistic mark-making. Week 2 will explore the shadow art process. Using watercolor paints, drawing tools, and nature, our art will come to life.  We meet rain or shine! (In the event of rain, class will be indoors)  All materials included.

  Time: 4:30 pm - 6:00 pm

  Children should never be left unsupervised. When you are dropping off your child for class, please walk them into the building and ensure that the instructor is aware of their arrival.

  Love reading and decorating? We will be using the decoupage technique (decorating objects by gluing paper) using book pages to craft beautiful projects! One canvas and many books will be provided. You are welcome to bring any other bases or books to decorate. See the materials list below for optional add-ons.

  Optional Materials List:

  - Your own book. Have a book that is special to you and you don’t mind ripping pages? Bring it in for your project! Random books will be provided.

  - Your own base. One canvas will be provided for class, however, this is your chance to get creative! Some examples of bases include laptop cases, phone cases, vases, jars, flower pots, frames, and/or anything flat and sturdy enough to adhere paper to. The possibilities are endless!
