Our Mission

The North Hills Art Center understands the importance of having a permanent haven where people can come to learn, create, express and appreciate all forms of art. Our mission is to promote and encourage art education and art appreciation for both amateur and professional artists and craftsmen of all ages and abilities.

WHAT'S NEW AT THE ART CENTER?

We’re Participating in Give Big Pittsburgh!

We’re excited to share that on Giving Tuesday, the NHAC is officially participating in Give Big Pittsburgh, a community-wide day of giving that supports local nonprofits making a difference every day.

On Give Big Pittsburgh, you’ll have the opportunity to help strengthen our mission of providing inclusive, inspiring, and healing art experiences for people of all ages and abilities. Your generosity directly supports our classes, workshops, adaptive equipment, community programs, and the creative space so many rely on.

We invite you to join us in celebrating the power of art and community.
Every gift, big or small, helps us make everyone's lives a little more livable through art.
