This tunic is easy enough for beginners and a great piece to start venturing into garments! The body is knit flat and seamed together. Wear it pool side as a cover up or for a night out on the town. The effect of it being asymmetric is achieved by knitting with different weight yarns. Using one yarn will achieve a straight hemline. This tunic can double as a scarf! Materials list: size 10 circular knitting needles (16”), size 15 straight needles (or 15 circular needle 29” in length) Scrap yarn or a spare needle to put stitches on hold, yarn needle large enough for yarn, #3 or #4 weight 295 yards for small/450 yards med/575 yards for large for straight hem (or use up stash by bringing partial skeins of #1, #2, #3 & #4 yarns for asymmetrical hem). Pattern/handouts provided.
