Please choose this option if you do not have a current NHAC membership. If you are registering a student (grades k thru 12), please consider the $25 yearly student membership-it's less than the cost as the $30 non-member fee!

Ages 13-Adult

Are you ready for this winter? Learn how to knit a handmade warm and cozy scarf. This class will take you through the entire process! Learn the basics of knitting as we cast-on, use knit and purl stitches, and bind-off to finish our work. Come make a scarf to wear all season. Materials list below.

size 10 or 11 straight knitting needles
yarn: 1 skein #5 bulky weight yarn (smooth, not textured; see sample image)
