Ages 14+

This workshop will cover the basics of drawing individual letterforms and focus on designing a single beautifully-illustrated drop cap. Perfect for anyone interested in learning hand-lettering, but without time to take my 5-week course.

Please bring materials to work in class: drawing paper or Bristol board, pencils, fine and broad tip markers/Sharpies, tracing paper and ruler.

If desired, (but not required) you may bring colored pencils, paint, markers, digital tools (i.e. iPad or laptop), or any other mediums of your choice to create final artwork in color.
