Paper quilling has been used for centuries and is named for the feather quill the paper was rolled around. Modern tools make this much easier. Learn and practice the basic shapes, methods of rolling and shaping, and gluing pieces to form a floral design. All materials included.

Cancellation Policy: Registrations may be cancelled up to seven days before the start of class by contacting the office. Cancellation of this class will result in a $25 cancellation fee, to be deducted from the refund amount.
