Take the stress out of learning watercolor while painting your favorite sea creature or sea scape. We will start off with simple subjects and progress towards more intricate scenes. The use of water-color pencils or colored pencils is optional for detailing. All skill levels welcome. Materials list below.

Dates: Mondays 7/6 - 8/10 (6 sessions)
Time: 7:00 pm - 9:00 pm
SUPPLIES:
- watercolor paper - 140 lb. or 300 lb. cold press paper - any brand, any size (can also use 'Masonite board')
- brushes: round - #4, #8, #12 or any variety of different sizes
- brushes: flat - 1/2" & 1" or any variety of similar sizes
- masking tape
- plastic palette with large mixing areas
- cup for water
- Q-Tips
- sponge
- pencil and soft eraser
PAINTS:
- Artist grade paints in TUBES (not cakes), which includes: cadmium yellow, lemon yellow, cadmium red, alizarin crimson, Vandyke brown, raw sienna, Prussian blue, cerulean blue, sap green, Payne's gray
- If you do not have all of these colors, just bring a nice variety of what you have on hand.
